I'm Natalia Kavvadia, a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience in implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to empower individuals and foster positive change.
My journey began as an ABA tutor at Beyond Autism's School,
where I first discovered the transformative impact of these methodologies.Since then, I have honed my skills and expanded my expertise, providing invaluable
1:1 support in both school and home settings.
From supervisory roles at a Children’s private clinic in London to my role as a Behaviour Analyst at CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services), I have continuously strived
to enhance the lives of those I work with.
My passion extends globally, as demonstrated by my volunteer work in Bali, Morocco and Ghana with various organizations, where I supported children with special needs
and psychiatric disorders.
Currently, I work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at NHS where I continue my mission of promoting positive behaviour and improving outcomes for the individuals
under my care.
In addition to my clinical skills, I am fluent in two languages: English and Greek. This enables me to provide therapy in multiple languages, ensuring accessibility for a broader range of individuals and families.
